WINNER! This project was honored as one of the best designs from the Congress for New Urbanism (Utah Urban Design).
The project is part of the revitalization/renovation of the Sugarhouse Plaza. The project includes renovation of a historic monument to restore it to it's former water feature identity, and the addition of a unique splash pad that simulates a modern type river.
